The EDC Ltd. had developed land area of about 1,77,000 sq.mts. at Panaji Goa around the year 1985. The land was re-claimed and leveled after it was acquired. Infrastructure facilities like Roads, Water Supply Lines, Footpaths, Sewerage System were constructed.
The plots at Patto Plaza have been leased out to various parties which includes State Bank of India, Bank of India, Bharat Petroleum, Goa Government, ESIC, Registrar of Companies, Income Tax, BSNL, Passport Dept., Sesa Goa Ltd., V.S.Dempo & Co., DLF Ltd., Paswarnath Developers Ltd. Many buildings and important offices have come up in the Complex.
The FAR for the land is 2.5 and is about 2 Kms. from Assembly Complex in the City of Goa.
The EDC Ltd. has been Re-developing Patto Plaza since year 2010 with new infrastructure facilities like Roads, Footpaths, Water Supply Lines, Drainage, Street Lights and with a new approach road.
