Public Notice

EDC Ltd. has decided to extend One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS) for settlement of term loan/ Corporate Loan accounts classified as doubtful/loss. The Scheme shall remain open for a period of six months w.e.f. 01/12/2011 to receive applications in the prescribed format from eligible borrowers. The OTS Scheme shall, however, not be extended to willful defaulters.

For more details interested borrowers/guarantors/loanees may approach the concerned recovery officer and submit the application in the prescribed format within the validity period. The scheme is being introduced as a last opportunity to settle the accounts and made applicable without prejudice to the rights of EDC to recover its dues as per available provisions of law.

The right to reject or accept any application shall be entirely at the discretion of EDC Ltd.
